1. 학생 휴가 대상: 공결, 병가, 특별휴가
2. 학생 휴가 승인 절차
가. 학생은 휴가 신청서[붙임1_Sheet1]를 작성하여 관련 증빙 서류(격리 통지서, 수업 시간표)와 함께 소속 학과에 제출(moonjade1992@cnu.ac.kr)(휴가 신청서 엑셀파일 포함)
상기 사항의 학생 휴가 신청 서식 등은 2022학년도 1학기에 한해 한시적으로 적용함
1. Subject to student leave: public notice, sick leave, special leave
2. Student leave approval procedures
A. Students fill out a leave application form [Attachment 1_Sheet 1] and submit it to their department along with relevant evidence (isolation notice, class schedule, etc) (including Excel file of leave application)
3. The application form for student leave of the above matters is temporarily applied only to the first semester of the first semester of 2022.
